Are you community-minded? Would you like to get involved with the local government and volunteer your time to helping the parish? An opportunity has arisen for a Casual Vacancy as a Parish Councillor.

You don’t need any qualifications or previous experience — just an interest in your community, a positive attitude and a willingness to get involved!
- Attend one meeting a month
(up to 10 meetings/year) - Are a team-oriented person
- Are eager to help people in our parish
- Have a willingness to volunteer your time to the community
- Live or work within the Miserden Parish
- Are 18 years or older
- Are a British citizen, a Commonwealth citizen, or a citizen of the Republic of Ireland
All training is provided by MPC in conjunction with Gloucestershire Association of Parish and Town Councils
