Unless otherwise specified, council meetings are open to the public and agenda items may be commented on per the council's Standing Orders.

If you have an item you would like to be addressed by the council, please contact the clerk no later than 5 working days prior to the meeting. Items submitted to the clerk less than 5 working days will be on the next meeting's agenda, subject to the chairman's approval.

NOTE: In the rare event of a last minute cancellation of a meeting, those with agenda items will be notified as soon as possible. Cancellations of meetings may occur due to inclement weather, non-quorate council, or personal emergencies by the council and/or staff.
